The Ritz Cinema at St Vincent is a volunteer-run community cinema bringing the best of contemporary film and curated classics to Gosport.
Films are screened on alternate Thursday evenings during term time in the theatre at St Vincent College. Doors open at 7:00pm and films usually start at 7:30pm (unless otherwise stated).
You can get a proper mug of tea, coffee or hot chocolate to enjoy with the film and we also sell sweets and delicious local ice cream from Northney Farm on Hayling Island.
There is plenty of free parking, please use the clocktower entrance on Forton Road. Extra parking is available in the Mill Lane car park if the clocktower car park fills up.
Disabled access is excellent as the cinema is situated on the ground floor. Wheelchair users can enter the building via a gentle slope from the car park up to the automatic doors and from there it’s flat all the way into the front row of the auditorium.
We aim to provide film entertainment for the local community so please let us know if there is a film you would like to see, or if you have any other input into how the cinema is run. You can contact us via email, chat to us at a screening, or message via our Facebook page.
Our grand opening on 11th May 2017.
